Whilst our pictures are originals and our descriptions and measurements are as accurate as possible, colours may appear slightly different.

The metal used in our jewellery is an Alloy. Please remember that all our Jewellery is Fashion Jewellery, when we refer to Silver, Gold, Hematite and other we use these terms to determine the colour and not the type of metal used.

In the event that you are not satisfied with the item you have purchased we will exchange* it for you within 14 days of the date of purchase, providing it is in perfect condition, it has not been worn and it is returned in its original packaging. In the event of an exchange, you will be responsible to pay for the 2nd postage. * PLEASE NOTE THAT FOR HYGIENIC REASONS, EARRINGS CANNOT BE EXCHANGED NOR RETURNED.

The contractual cooling off period of 7 days (for online purchases) from the day you receive the item(s) applies to all purchases made from Sensation's website. Please note that you will be responsible for the postage cost to return the item to us at:

In addition the postage of the initial order will be deducted to any amount due.
